How do I seek surgical treatment?
For surgery, we ask for your relevant reports, scans, and history. The surgeon reviews these and advises whether surgery is appropriate, the recommended procedure, expected stay, and cost. We then coordinate appointments, admission, and travel once you decide to proceed.
Why can't I just access the hospitals directly?
You can — but Forerunners helps you compare options, negotiate transparent package costs, handle the visa invitation, plan travel and stay, and provide a single point of contact throughout. This saves time and avoids confusion, especially when comparing several hospitals or specialists.

How much will an operation cost?
Costs depend on the procedure, hospital, surgeon, room category, and length of stay. Once we review your reports, we provide an indicative, itemised estimate so you can plan with clarity before travelling. India is typically 60–80% more affordable than the USA, UK, or Australia.
How do I get personalised value for money?
We match you to a hospital and specialist appropriate to your diagnosis and budget — not just the most expensive option. Package costs, room categories, and inclusions are explained clearly so you only pay for what you need.
How do I make payments?
Payments are generally made directly to the hospital — commonly around 30% on admission and the balance at discharge, depending on the hospital's policy. The exact terms are confirmed in your estimate before you travel. Forerunners does not hold your treatment payments.
Do I pay extra for Forerunners' services?
Forerunners' core coordination — report review, hospital matching, cost estimates, and travel guidance — is provided to help you plan. Any optional add-on services are always disclosed and agreed in advance, with no hidden charges.

Is there a medical visa for India?
Yes. India offers a dedicated Medical Visa for patients and a Medical Attendant Visa for accompanying family. Forerunners issues the hospital invitation letter needed for your application and guides you through the process, usually within 3–5 working days.
Can you help with travel and tour arrangements?
Yes. We assist with airport pickup, accommodation near the hospital for you and an attendant, local transport, and — once your doctor confirms you are fit — optional sightseeing or recovery retreats.
How soon can I travel after first contact?
